Three Ways People Use It

The Decision

A pitch, a hire, a partner, a price, an offer you can't say no to and can't say yes to either. One hour, and you leave knowing which way you're going.

The Bad Stretch

The quiet month. The client who left. The year that isn't working. Not therapy — someone who's been there, thinking it through with you.

The Standing Hour

Monthly or fortnightly, ongoing. For leaders who don't have anyone to say the real version to.

Most creative leaders have nobody to think with

Your team can't hear it. Your partner has heard enough. Your friends in the industry are also your competitors. So the decision gets made alone, at eleven at night, on an exhausted brain. That's what this is for.

What it is

One-to-one calls, by the hour. No programme, no curriculum, no commitment.

You bring the situation. I've usually seen some version of it, thirty-five people on payroll, a partnership that broke, a business sold, three hundred firms advised since.

I'm also a certified NLP trainer with a background in psychology. That's not a therapy qualification, and this isn't therapy. What it means practically is that I've spent years trained in how people get stuck in their own thinking, which is most of what a hard decision actually is.

We work it out in the hour. You leave with a decision, or with the three things you need to find out before you can make one.

Why it's needed

The higher you go, the fewer people can hear the truth about your business. Most of what gets called leadership isolation is actually this: no room where you can say the unfinished version of the thought. Advisory work fixes a system. This is for the weeks where the problem isn't a system — it's a call you have to make, and you'd like one honest outside voice before you make it.

How to get started

Book a call. If it's useful, book another. There's nothing to sign.

Who it's for

Founders of creative firms. Creative directors and leads inside larger organisations. Anyone carrying decisions they can't discuss with the people around them. You don't need to be a client of anything else.

My Coaching Model

The Four mindfucks

After twelve years advising creative founders — different companies, different countries — it's the same four things. And they don't come from your business. They come from your conditioning.

COMPETITION
You measure yourself against everyone else's reel and price accordingly. You're competing with the wrong people.

IMPOSTER
You don't feel entitled to the strategic conversation, so you never start it.

OVERTHINKING
You've had the plan for a year. You're still refining it.

PROCRASTINATION
You'll start after this project. There's always a project.

None of them show up when you're comfortable.
They arrive the moment you reach for something bigger. That's the tell. If one is running right now, it isn't evidence something's wrong with you. It's evidence you're trying to move.Everyone has one. Usually two. An hour is often enough to see which.

When the time is right

A decision you've been turning over for more than a week
A conversation you're dreading
A hire, a partner, or a separation
An offer you can't evaluate clearly because you need the money
A stretch where nothing is working and you can't see why
You've noticed you have nobody to say the real version to

What to expect

1. Book

Pick a time. Tell me in two lines what it's about, so I can think before we start.

2. Paperwork

Agreement, NDA and invoice.

3. The Call

Video call. You talk, I ask, we get to the actual question — which is often not the one you booked about.

4. Afterwards

A short written summary within 24 hours: what we decided, what's still open, what to do first.

5. Again, or not

Some people come once. Some book a standing hour. Both are fine.

Hey Marko. I’ve already applied what we’ve talked about and it has made it easy to close deals AND I now have a bit too much work on!!!

With Marko's guidance, I unearthed a hidden skill within me that I did not even know existed. I am now able to teach others how to exude confidence on camera. Kudos to you, Marko! Your brilliance knows no bounds!

Marko's energy and clarity are insane. He jumps right in and keeps the goal in focus the whole day. Result: positioning, product definition, plus a plan for marketing. Immediately actionable and grained with success. It doesn't get any better than that. Thank you, Marko.

Deliverables

The hour.
Fully present, no notes taken on my end during, no distractions.

The write-up.
What we landed on, the main thing in writing, short, within a day. So the clarity survives the week.

A reply between calls.
If something breaks before the next one, message me. I'll answer.

Confidentiality.
Nothing leaves the call. If you want it under NDA, send yours.

What this is not

It isn't therapy.
I'm not a psychologist. If what you're carrying is clinical, I'll say so and help you find the right person.

It isn't advisory.
No frameworks, no deliverables, no engagement. If what you need is positioning or a marketing system, that's the advisory and I'll tell you.

It isn't cheerleading.
I'll tell you when I think you're wrong.
